Amazon Future Engineer: Kahoot! FC Tours (EN)
During the virtual tour you will discover the technology of Amazon’s Fulfilment Centres. The 45 minute interactive tour explores how robotics, algorithms, machine learning, and more power our fulfilment process. During the tour, you travel to different “tour stops” to learn how a fulfilment system works. You will also meet the real-life engineers who brought the technology to life.
The following computer science topics will be introduced and explained in real-life context: algorithm, cloud computing, sensor, efficiency, database, quality control, machine learning, hardware, and software.
You can for example play a Kahoot! with your classroom or Meet and Code workshop group. This allows teacher, educators, trainers and event organizers to run their own tour and enable students and participants to compete agains their class mates and other workshop participants.
You can also play independently by using the single-player tour. This is especially for solo learners or classrooms/workshops without 1:1 devices. Participants can move through the tour at their own pace and compete against previous players, teacher, educators, trainers and event organizers can also use these tours to project on a screen if the do not have student devices.
