Are you a charitable organisation keen to organise a digital/coding event for young people? Do you already have a great idea? Then what are you waiting for – you are ready to get register!
All you need is your exemption notice and/or proof of your charitable status, as well as the IBAN and BIC of your organisation, for funding to be provided.
To submit an event, first, enrol your charity and select your username and password. This will allow you to return and manage your user account. Your submitted event will be reviewed according to the accepted criteria and we will notify you by email. For more details on the funding criteria for this years Meet and Code edition please check out the participation conditions.
Please note: The registration period of Meet and Code 2021 ends on September 8. Please make sure to submit your project idea before this deadline.
To register and submit a Meet and Code Event is easy. Follow there four simple steps:
Create an account: Please select your username and password. This will allow you to return and manage your account.
Connect your account with a non-profit organisation: Only charitable non-profit organisations can submit Meet and Code events. Your status as a charitable non-profit organisation will be validated by your local TechSoup partner - Charity Digital for the UK. Once validated, non-profits then receive a validation token on their account.
Finalise your profile: We then ask you for just a few more details including the Account IBAN and BIC for funding to be provided.
Submit one (or more) event ideas: To submit an event idea, please prepare a detailed description of the event concept, valid contact details, and a photo that represents the event.
