A productive and well-informed approach to artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important. So how can we teach students about the opportunities and risks of this technology? And how can we get them actively involved and motivated to acquire AI literacy?
In order to incentivise teachers and their students to get creative in an application-oriented project on artificial intelligence, Science on Stage has launched the Europe-wide AI in STEM Challenge. Until 23 February 2025, teams can apply with their innovative classroom projects and convince the international jury with their ideas for solving a local or global challenge with the help of AI. Students and teachers of all school types – primary, secondary and vocational – are welcome to apply. Ten teams will be invited to the final on 6 June in Berlin. The competition is supported by Amazon Future Engineer.
