Enigma Machine

Nuneaton Academy

Description At Nuneaton Academy we wish to build two replica enigma Machines to deepen students understanding of cryptography.
The event which will run over several weeks during lunch and after school will develop students skills with technology as they will also learn how to solder.

The legacy of the event is with students we will be able to practically demsotrate the concepts of an encryption key and link to history both WW2 in general and the work done at Bletchley park with Alan Turing also liking with LGBT history.

We will need to purchase two replica kits from https://www.cryptomuseum.com/kits/order.htm as well as sockets for soldering and of course solder and a soldering iron.
