Description Kickstart Your Summer with Coding: A Meet and Code Event
Event Description:
Join us for an exciting and educational Meet and Code event, designed specifically for children aged 9-11 years old. This event is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of coding, using a variety of fun and engaging platforms such as Microbit, Scratch, and Tinkercad.
Content: Participants will explore the basics of coding through hands-on projects. Using Microbit, they will learn to program simple yet fascinating electronic projects. With Scratch, they'll create interactive stories, games, and animations. Tinkercad will introduce them to 3D design and modeling, allowing their creativity to shine as they bring their ideas to life.
Goals:
• To inspire children to engage with coding and digital creation.
• To provide a foundational understanding of different coding platforms.
• To foster creativity and problem-solving skills through interactive projects.
Target Group: This event is tailored for children aged 9-11, making it a perfect start to the summer holidays for young, curious minds eager to explore the world of coding.
Special Features: Kick off the first day of your summer holidays with this unique coding adventure! Our hands-on approach ensures that each participant will have a memorable and educational experience, setting them up with skills that will benefit them for years to come.
